How can I get an appointment?
Please call (704) 895.0558 to schedule an appointment. Alternately, you may request your primary care doctor to refer you, especially if your insurance requires a referral.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to noon and 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
What hospitals or other facilities do you use?
Dr. Beutel is on staff at Presbyterian Huntersville and Lake Norman Regional Medical Center. He also performs procedures at the Northcross Outpatient Facility. He occasionally performs procedures at Presbyterian main, Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, Lincoln Medical Center, and Gaston Memorial Hospital.
On what days do you schedule procedures and operations?
Although it depends on the schedule, Dr. Beutel can perform procedures Monday through Friday. The office works with you to get the best day and time available for you.
Will you take my insurance?
We accept most insurance policies including Blue Cross, Tricare, Humana, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare and Medicaid, and others. If you have questions about your insurance policy, we will be happy to answer your questions at (704) 892.0558.
I don't have insurance; will you still see me?
For office appointments and minor, in-office procedures please call the office to discuss the fees. For major outpatient or inpatient care, the office will personally discuss with you your options. Because of the many doctors and other care providers involved with surgical care, we cannot guarantee we will be able to schedule your surgery. However, in certain circumstances arrangements can be made.
I have an unmet deductible; what is your policy regarding this?
We require a partial, upfront amount for patients who have not met their deductible.

I am unable to come to an appointment. How far ahead do I need to change it?
If you are unable to make your appointment or need to change your appointment to another day, please call the office at (704) 892.0558 at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us schedule other patients who may need to be seen urgently. Thank you for helping us better serve our patients.
